Known issues:

• The expired list can get quite long, I am yet to decide the best way to deal with this.
• The script produces a 0k file if there is nothing to process, this causes an error in .shtml documents if you try to include the 0k file.
• Empty columns do not appear in a montiored pages list if they have no current ( ie. published, unexpired ) articles.
• Fuck knows what will happen if you create a child of an offsite page. ( since offsite pages are not yet supported there shouldn't be ANY offsite pages yet! )
• Deleting columns needs to do some more cleanup work and force the update of monitored_updates.html
