I think the rankings should be justified with some sort of minimalist system, at the very least, or we're bound to have unhappy rank-freaks buzzing angrily. Points for certain events etc. You can't base a person on reputation alone, e.g. Reaper and Pesky are waaaay above my league but I just happen to always do better than them in tourneys, probably due to lucky draws. :D
