Game Analysis
1) Power had a very good all round game but his in game judgement making lacked alot at times and from this demo it shows he is a very aggressive player, this can be very usful at the right times but he needs to learn when the right time is and when it is the time to back off. This takes more patience and experience.
2) Well this is pretty unrelated but he really needs a better ping =P, if you cannot get a cable modem or such not in your area try tweaking your modem. I would recommend 3dspotlight which has a number of very good guides to tweaking various system components.
